We’re committed to supporting worthy causes, so Team Carpe Diem Marketing is coming together to help the fight against child abuse throughout April, which is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Lexo, our firm’s Director of Operations, explained that we’ll be wearing blue all month long to honor this cause. We’ll also be assisting Childhelp with their mission of preventing child abuse and neglect.
Childhelp was founded in 1959 to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of abused, neglected, and at-risk children. Over the years, the nonprofit has developed a range of methods for preventing abuse and treating those who have been affected by it. Childhelp educates children and families on the dangers of child abuse through a range of programs. The organization also helps with foster and adoptive care, provides group homes, and runs advocacy centers across the country.
As part of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, the White House and many states issue proclamations to raise awareness and encourage people to improve the well-being of children however they can. Around the Carpe Diem Marketing office, we’re looking for ways to be the change we want to see in the world. We’re committed to doing our part to end child abuse well after the end of April.
